Plex server on Mac no longer sees data on QNAP NAS

Server Version#: up to date
Player Version#: u pro date
I have been running Plex for years with server on Mac mini and multimedia files/libraries on Mac and QNAP NAS, No problem.
After recent update and Plex no longer seems the NAS files. When I go into edit a the library there is no choice to select folders from the NAS folders yet those NAS folders are all visible on the network in Finder. See to mount drive. I have no idea how to do this
I have never had to adjust permission settings for the shared folders on the NAS and there is not other permission options I can see etc.
Restarted Mac and router . I am really stumped. Internet searches don’t even seem to address this problem.

Any help would be appreciated. I will cancel Plex if it can’t be fixed.

downgrade to 1.28.2.6151 by quitting out of PMS, and dropping the older version into /Applications and replace like you always do. you can find old versions maybe in your downloads folder, or on time machine, or at mac filehorse. Here are some hashes of the original files from plex.tv I still have.
