Main account on Plex don't show folders

Server Version#: Version 4.84.1
Player Version#:any player

Hello
In last few weeks i am facing strange issue. After login to plex server from different devices (web, pc, mobile, TV) there is no folders visible. Also server is not reachable.
If i use managed account during logging, all folders are visible.
does anyone have experience with this issue?
p.s. My plex is on QNAP server TS-453A, with all updates done
