I have custom collections for family members “shows for dad”, “shows for mom”, “shows for kids”, etc…I can apply the label “mom” to the “shows for mom” collection and then exclude that label from user “Dad” in Settings-PlexHome-Restrictions to keep it from showing on dads “Collections” tab in the corresponding library…BUT…if I check the box “Friends Home” in “Settings-Libraries-Manage Recommendations (for that collection)” the collection with that label (mom) is still shown on “Dad’s” home screen. How can I show a collection on one Plex Home user’s “Home” page but not on anothers without having to setup separate libraries for each collection? Would it be complicated to make the exclude labels feature apply to the home screen as well as the Library pages?
I’m also experiencing this. Hope Plex will add this soon. It would probably be fairly easy to add.
