Manage libraries does not appear in app

the iphone app does not have “manage libraries”. My friends can find no way to add my libraries that I have share to them. I just bought the pass and paid a lot of money and this is not an awesome experience

If they long press libraries in the bottom menu, then press all libraries, do they see the screen/options to favorite them?
