Hi everyone, I might be wrong about the issue causing this bug but I think it might be tied to a recent update. I have multiple tv show libraries and this appears to only be an issue for one of them.
The tv show library that is problematic is no longer appearing on my home screen and the recommended page of the specific library displays ‘There was an unexpected error loading this library’ message. Clicking the ‘library’ option does display the entire library as intended. Collections also works as intended. This issue can be recreated on multiple device types and for shared users. I did get the page to load certain ‘recommended library’ sections by unchecking certain recommended library sections but this did not work for the players only on Web PMS. I think I might have found the culprit.
I can get all ‘Library Recommended’ sections to appear on the recommended page.
When I check ‘Recently Added TV’ the recommended section of the library stops working.
I am running a library scan + analysis to see if that helps.
