Manage -> LIbraries shows "There was an unexpected error" after migrating Plex Server settings

Server Version#: Version 1.21.3.4014
Player Version#: N/A
OS: Windows 10

A few weeks back I had to do a fresh OS install for my Plex Server. I tried to be clever and copy the AppData\Local\Plex Media Server folder from one install to the next - and it mostly seems to have done exactly what I wanted. My libraries and metadata are all intact and functioning as they were before - with one exception.

In the Server Settings when I go to “Libraries” under the “Manage” heading, I see “There Was an Unexpected Error”. Is this something with paths updating? Is there any config that I need to look at more closely? The basic logs & console don’t show me much, but I’m happy to try to pull something if it will help.

Notes:

  • Every other page in the admin interface is loading fine - it’s just the Libraries.
  • I can still manage my Libraries through the normal Player UI, everything seems to work fine from there. I’ve emptied Trash on all libraries and confirmed I can go into the “Manage Library” → “Edit” screen on all of them (they seem fine).
