under “manage” and " Libraries" - is there any way to sort them? - since it seems that every new user gets the Libraries 100% like they are shown there, so a rearange option would be logical, but cant seem to find a way to sort them?
No, there is no way to prepare a sorting.
Each user can arrange the left sidebar on their apps individually for him/herself as they like it.
