Plex managed user can't see libraries

Hi all,

I’ve recently setup Plex for my own use, which is working great. However, I want to add my partner as a managed user, but it isn’t working. I have the following libraries:

  • Movies
  • TV Shows
  • Music - Me
  • Music - Partner
  • Photos - Me
  • Photos - Partner

I’ve set her up as a managed user and given her access to the Movies, TV and her libraries. However, when I log in to Plex on her phone, I don’t see ANY libraries.

The whole point of this is to allow her to backup photos and sync her music, but I don’t want them all co-mingled. So a managed user seems like a good idea. I’ve also enabled Sync and Camera Uploads for her account.

Am I missing something really obvious here, or is this a common issue?

is she logged into Plex on her phone using YOUR account and her managed user with its pin?
