Managed and Shared Users Can no longer access after upgrade past v1.17.0.1709-982421575

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2015
Player Version#: 4.8.4

Hey guys, i really need some help on this one as I have tried everything i can with no success.

In the last few months i have been unable to upgrade past 1.17.0.1709 as once i do, all my managed and shared users can no longer access my server, it just shows as offline. But i am able to access on the admin account locally and remotely without issue.

Today i went up to 1.18.2.2015, and the same issue was discovered, except this time when i rolled back to 1.17.0.1709 the issue still persisted. In the past when i rolled back the issue self resolved.

I have check everything, from port forwarding, to firewall rules and a fresh install, but nothing will allow any other user other than my admin account to access locally or remotely. I have never had an issue like this since i have been using plex for 5+ years.

I have no clue where to go next, and i check the plex logs, which i can attach if needed, but i am not even seeing the any ping or notification in there when on of the other users tries to access the server, so i am not sure how helpful they will be.

Attached is a debug log from the plex app on my iphone trying to access my server from one of my managed users on my local network. Also attached is a log from the webapp on my local machine. I enabled the guest account and tried to use the Webapp to access. I also attached logs from a test account I shared access, but can not access in anyways. They are all as if the server is not available. Not sure if this has anything to do with the access tokens, machine identifier, or something else not matching with plex servers anymore after the update.

Please help! Thanks!

Partial Update… I was able to get my managed users back online by following “https://support.plex.tv/articles/204059436-finding-an-authentication-token-x-plex-token/?_ga=2.65956717.278001562.1573266748-97935961.1573266748” and resetting my Token by logging out everywhere after a password reset.

Not entirely sure why i had to do this after the update or what broke it… but my shared users to test.

Ok secondary update… resetting my token fixed it for all my users everywhere. 6 hours of troubleshoot for such a simple little thing.

That is so odd that an update to Plex did this. Anyone have any idea what would have caused this to happen? Is it something that I need to be on the look of for with future updates?
