Plex Managed Users don't see content - my server is grayed out

Hi,

I am running plex server 1.21.1.383 on a DS418play NAS> Ever since I upgraded from 1.16.2.209 I have had issues with manager users not seeing content. The only solution was to always roll back to 1.16.2.209. But now some of my apple devices do not work so I upgraded the server I have read everything I can find on the forums and haven’t found a solution.

I have attached my logs and a picture of what my managed users see.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for a Christmas miracle as this has been a nagging problem for a while but I would just revert back to a previous version. But now I am getting emails saying that if I don’t update the server it will eventually stop working. And it did stop working off my iPad and iPhone.
