I tried with a movie that has never been played by any account. On the master account, there’s no problem; the preferred language is correctly selected. But it still doesn’t select the correct language on a managed account, even though the language set as preferred is the same.
@web_ma It seems like your issue is separate from what the OP is observing. I’m going to split your comments out into their own thread. Can you tell me where you’re seeing this screen?
I’m struggling to remember where it is.

Thanks Otto. I was looking on the Managed User which wouldn’t have that area exposed or applied to them.
