Recently, I have noticed that none of my managed users have the ability to adjust the offset for subtitles anymore. I have the option only under the Home Admin account which only works for that user account, but not for any of the managed users. I have tried bringing up the option with both searched for .srt files as well as with uploaded external .srt files. As I mentioned, this has been happening only recently. I do recall having an update that could account for this change.
