Managed users do not see any content

Hi there,

I recently moved my plex library from my mac to a Synology DS919+. The migration did not go as planned, so I actually ended up creating a new library.

So far so good… the issue now is that my managed user is not able to see any content. I even tried to delete and add a new user, sharing all the content. In the iOS app of the user next to synology, it shows „not connected“. Can someone please point me to the possible route of this issue?

Reinstall the iOS app. That’s the easiest route.

I have my LivingRoom (managed user) and my main account (which includes all my plex work).

“LivingRoom” , on iOS, can see everything as it should.

I suspect the iOS app is still looking for the wrong server.

Thanks a lot. I tried, but with no luck. I have the same behavior on any other device and in the browser accessing through local network. Any other ideas? Thanks!
