I’m using a Seagate Personal Cloud Network HD and it’s running the latest version that was available through the Seagate app ( 1.13.8.5395) but your site is telling me there is a later version and to install manually. I tried downloading the file though but it has the wrong extension - the Seagate manual instal app only accepts .rbw files, not .rb.
Try downloading directly from the Plex Media Server download page. I was able to find the latest version there and it is a .rbw file.
That’s odd I tried both but they come out with a .rb extension - and I presume it’s the ARM one I need?
Apologies if this has been asked before (I’ve searched and can’t find a simple how-to), but can anyone tell me how to do the Seagate manual update (which I know involves removing the previous version entirely) while retaining the library files (artwork, metadata etc).
I’ve never been able to do this before, and it takes days to re-upload all the artwork. Thanks!
