Some releases are available at Last.fm but not at Musicbrainz, when I want to choose another Agent it only appears Plex Music. is it possible to select another agent when choosing to identify manually.
No, it isn’t. Plex uses Musicbrainz.org as its primary database. Anything that is not listed there, cannot be matched.
However, in most cases you will get by just fine, by using embedded meta tags in your files and sidecar album art. All that will be missing are album reviews and artist biographies.
