Manually Specify Chromecast Quality

I know that, currently, the quality of the video Cast to Chromecast is the same as what was playing to your device.  At first I liked that idea.

I've run into buffering issues with my Chromecast now, because of this.

My router supports dual band, 2.4 and 5Ghz, networks, as do all of my devices (iPad, iPhone, Galaxy S4).  But the Chromecast only supports 2.4ghz, which is really bogged down in my area.  So while my 5ghz network can support a stream of (for example) 15mbps, Chromecast has stuttering issues at any more than 4mbps.

So for now, I have to go into settings on my iPad or phone, change the quality, cast/watch.  Then, when I am finished and want to watch on my iPad again, I have to change the quality back.   Not the end of the world, but less user friendly for the other people in my family that use Plex.

TL;DR:  Add a specified setting to control the quality of media cast to Chromecast.

Also interested on the answer, in order to not have buffering I have to select either 2 Mbps or at the most 4 Mbps on my iphone to remote chromecast, but if I play it only on the iphone I can perfectly use 8 Mbps and will play just fine.
