I was considering getting the plex pass to support the team some months ago (I don’t need the exclusive features), but now I have problems with both my server and my main player (Audio files on latest plex client on shield TV : bugs & crash)
It’s pretty hard to enjoy using it since 2021 for me.
A heads up. I updated to the latest version that is on the plex site and it doing a metadata refresh it did fix the problem.
Hopefully it’s in the next update that Qnap pushes through for you.

Flip side as per usual when I download the latest updates, the music player is buggy as heck now. I’ll probably roll it back. :S
Which music player, and what sort of bugs?
I launch the player in chrome browser from the plex.tv and stream through there while I’m at work since I can install software on my work computer. Today after the update it seemed to have issues streaming in, causing songs to stutter and the player to periodically lock-up and need for me to close the browser tab and relaunch.
I’ve not tried it on my PS4 app yet, nor tried movies.
An update, been listening the way I always do with the chrome browser launch and today it seems fine.
not sure why it was glitchy yesterday but the latest update seems okay.
