Many videos show "Unavailable" on iPhone and Apple TV, but work fine in web browser

Having a major issue for a few weeks now. I’m about to toss Plex and find another service if this can’t be fixed. I’ve tried everything I can think of.

I have a large library. Multiple movies show a red Unavailable badge when I try to play them from iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. The movies play fine from the web app. I’ve tried rebuilding the library, rescanning everything, moving the movies out of the library and back in, renaming the video files. Nothing works. These videos all used to play fine, this is a recent issue in the last few weeks.

Has no one else ran into this issue? No suggestions? This is really becoming very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated!
