Having a major issue for a few weeks now. I’m about to toss Plex and find another service if this can’t be fixed. I’ve tried everything I can think of.
Multiple movies in my library show a red Unavailable badge when I try to play them from iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. In addition, typically the movie info page begins behaving erratically, with the Unavailable badge flashing rapidly between Unavailable and Play, and scrolling becomes unresponsive. I have to force quit the app.
The movies play fine from the web app. I’ve tried rebuilding the library, rescanning everything, moving the movies out of the library and back in, renaming the video files. Nothing works. These videos all used to play fine, this is a recent issue in the last few weeks.
