All my libraries work (TV Shows, Documentaries, etc…) except my movies which indicate as unavailable. I deleted the app and re-downloaded and still facing the same issue. I have read several other posts here but most are for a Windows-based PC, I’m on Mac. Not sure why this just started to happen as all was fine up until a few hours ago. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
I also noticed the quality of the playback is awful. I did a side by side comparison using VLC and it’s like night and day…the Plex player is slightly jerky and playing what looks like 240p…
I gave up and just deleted everything and started a fresh re-build. It’s now back working. I will say PLEX is an effin pain, but once it’s working it’s great!
