Plex "is currently unavailable" even when viewing from server

I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my home computer which serves as my Plex server. I installed Plex and created my libraries (the media files are on different drives from the OS), but for some reason Plex is telling me that my server is unavailable (even when viewing it on the server itself). I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’ve re-scanned the libraries and optimized the database, in case some lingering settings from the previous install were causing problems, but to no avail. All of my libraries still have the exclamation point icon beside them. I can’t see any errors or warnings in the console. I’ve gone through this process before with no issue, and I don’t see what caused the problem this time around.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Logs and DB attached.

Firstly, turn of verbose logging. That isn’t needed unless specifically asked for by someone during troubleshooting.

Next if you reinstalled Windows and PMS, I’m guessing you didn’t remove your old server before the reinstall. Check your authorized devices and see if 2 servers are listed. It’s still probably looking for your old server. Remove it, then you’ll need to reset your client’s home page to refill the sidebar with the libraries from your new server.
