Mark video as "Recorded Item"

I moved my DVRed files around and Plex isn’t recognizing them as a ‘recorded item’ for ad detection. I don’t want to do ad detection on ALL items as that just wastes CPU cycles. How can I tell Plex that these were recorded via DVR?

If there isn’t a public(ish) API to do this, can I modify the database?

It is set at the Library level, you need multiple libraries to separate out ad detection from non. Alternative is to cut the commercials with another program and then place them in a library.
