Massiv Playback problems on Shield with the latest ExoV2 Player

Since the last stable and also the latest Beta I have massiv playback problems with the Shield Plex player playing content from an Ubuntu Plex Server (also latest stable Release)

I doesn’t matter what kind of movie it will stop playing after some mins. (4-5mins) and is going back to the Movie info screen where is started the Movie. The i can start playing the movie again at the position it stopps and can continue watching the movie. but the it stopps again after some mintues, so within a 1,5h Movie this could happen up to 6-10 times.

Watching the same movie at FireTV Stick no problem, watching the same movie on LG Plex Player - no problem.

No i removed all updates from Shield and using the default Nvidia Shield Plex Player coming with the latest Nvidia SHIELD EXPERIENCE UPGRADE 6.3 and there is no playback problem at all.

The problems coming with one of the latest stable player updates.

Logs are necessary if you want a fix…

Her is one logfile,
as it seems player means video has stopped:
"03-14 14:02:52.066 i: [video] Video ended.
03-14 14:02:52.148 i: [TranscodeSession] Stopping…
"
But it’s still 15mins left, this happens now 5 times while watching the movie.
It’s hard to get the point when it’s crashing as the logging ending after a while.

Your logs indicate that PMS stopped producing the transcoded video for the client to receive a file. Can you provide your PMS logs for the same time period.

No not for this event, i need to do the complete thing again with another move to provide more logs from both sides.

But now it’s a new Android and PMS Release, i will check if i’m able to update the Issue this weekend.
