Stop and restart the server.
Or update to PMS 1.40
If the issue still persists after upgrading your server… have a look at your server logs if they mention messages like „unable to resolve plex.tv“… which would indicate some network problem on the server host / your network, preventing PMS from seeing its backend (e.g. a bad DNS configuration).
