My files are no loner being recognized on my Plex Server on my Synology DS718+ and using Plex Version 1.20.3.3437. The last time a media file was recognized was on Sept 29th and next time I attempted to add files was on Oct the 5th and it was not recognized. So all media prior to date of Sept 29th can be seen but after this date anything downloaded will no show up. I even removed a movie that was in my library and then tried to replace in library and it would not show up.
Please see if you can tell me what I have done wrong.

Looks like the database of your Plex Media Server has been corrupted. You could attempt to repair it following the procedure lined out in this support article
