Media not playing on Hisense Smart TV Plex Opera TV

Please assist cant play any content, i can access all my content. Hisense Smart TV (Plex app 3.8.0 Opera TV Store

I Have tried resetting my TV to Default, i have removed the server and reinstalled to the latest release, i have made changes to the settings on my firewall, i have removed Opera from devices on the server. i tried a fresh install on a demo PC. ITS THE TV!! i am currently running from my XBOX ONE, MXQ Pro, Sam S8, Lenovo Laptop, HP Laptop and PS4 all devices seems to work except my Smart TV LOL. they should fix the APP.

Hi yes i got more then 24TB worth of movies and data. Most of the content is clean i do use filbot, i am using filebot plex renaming option.

As for the TV i haven’t used the app on the tv as yet will try now and let you know. I will upload the log to you again.

Yes i was wondering why we drifted off the subject, apologies for the log i dont know if it shows the TV issue. my tv is frozen on the play section while i exported the new log.

the video is the plex tv app in the begging notice on the video the first open window shows plex tv opera the content doesn’t want to play at all, the second section is the xbox working 100%

Hi Thank you, i have left the tv on playing content. if the tv option is set to don’t log to media server will that have an effect?
