My Local Plex server is not showing up on my TV's

I have my server set up and it works great using IE or chrome. However none of my smart TV’s show it in their list of media servers. At one point I had a Synology NAS and when I loaded Plex on it. that machine as well as the built in media server showed up on the list of media servers

Any help would be greatly appreciated
