Not showing my library of videos

I am using Version 4.141.0 software on my media server (Windows 11).

I just recently upgraded my hardware to a high-end computer. I moved Plex over to it with all my movies and TV shows. (This itself was not without some trials and tribulations.) But it seems to be working. I can access Plex inside my network and outside my network on my phone. BUT my TV (which is on my network) will not display any my videos. I can get to them if I search for them. But it won’t let me browse. My son is also having the same problems but with his phone (he hasn’t tried on his TV yet.).

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

If you created a new server, instead of cloning the existing server to the new machine, you need to reset the left side bar on these client apps.
The left side bar is defining what appears on the Home page.
If all the media sources that are currently “pinned” on the side bar are still pointing to the old server, then you won’t be able to find anything, unless you put your side bar into the MORE… mode.

See:

Thank you for the information. I will say that I did remove the old server from Plex and redefined all the libraries to be sure they all pointed to the video files on the new computer. Basically, I rebuilt it from scratch. Oh, and every library is "Pin"ed.

That is not a global thing but individual to every single client app.

Ahhhhh. Ok, I well check the other devices.

That seems to have fixed my TV issue here at home. Thank you for the assist! Now, I just need my son to try it.
