Media Not Showing Up

I’ve added some episodes of One Piece on my Plex Server, I’ve putted the EP263-264-265-266 etc… but the EP264 and 265 aren’t showing up while they are named like the previous and after ones AND Plex don’t seems to scan them on directory, Idk what to do.
I’ve reloaded the server, kick the folder out, scan and putted back and re-scan but it’s doing the same.
cleared cache, trash and metadata still the same, if anyone have any solutions, I take.

Make sure you name and organize your media per Plex recommendations.

Plex uses episode ordering from TheTVDB.com and https://www.themoviedb.org/.

It looks like you are using TVDB’s absolute ordering and may have multiple episodes in a single file.

If so, your naming would look similar to:

/TV Shows  <-- folder added to Plex tv show library
.../One Piece (1999) {tvdb-81797} <-- ShowName (IntroYear), ID optional but helps
....../Season 01 <-- "Season" in English
........./One Piece (1999) - s01e262.ext <-- single episode per file
........./One Piece (1999) - s01e263-e266.ext <-- multiple episodes per file.

You will also need to tell Plex which episode order to use (aired, dvd, absolute).

  • Edit the show (pencil icon)
  • Choose Advanced
  • Select desired Episode ordering.
  • Save Changes.

Hi no each file is EPXXX, another file EPXXX like I’ve followed the instructions correctly but still not showing up

This usually comes down to file permissions or naming & organization.

Double check permissions for the files.

Please show a directory listing, screenshot, etc. of how the folders and files are named. Include the folder that is added to the TV show library.

thanks, I’ve changed the name of the 2 episodes that aren’t showing to what you said and now showing up.
IDK why the other are named like sh*t and working but not theses only two, like other series are named juste serie-123 and working fine.
