Media Player works Plex app does not (win 10)

Hi. I get Error -13 Unknown Error when trying to access content on my media server (indirectly) using the new Plex app. I can see the content, my account, and my account activity.

The Media Player app works fine with the exact same conditions reproduced. However, given Plex’s plans to not support it after December, I thought it might be important to note the replacement (Plex Desktop app for Windows 10) does not appear to be working currently.

I’ve had a similar issue intermittently with the new Plex app as well. I have a Plex server running at home and I have the Plex app installed on my computer at work. I can browse my library from work, but often times I cannot play anything with Error -13. But the web app always works. And then there are other times when the Plex app works fine when I’m at work and I can stream from home normally. I haven’t figured out why it works and why it errors out.
