Media Previously Available No Longer in Library

Server Version#: Version 1.32.4.7195
Player Version#: Version 4.108.0

Media is on External HDD structured in this form: E:\Movies\Tarzan (1999)\Tarzan (1999).m4v
Up until 11 days ago, I was able to see all the media, including .AVI
I have deleted the Library and recreated it, the media was available for a short time and after a reboot, the media files no longer show in the catalog.

The media opens and loads locally in VLC & Windows Media Player.

I have browsed the Support Article and the Forum and have tried renaming my files, using handbrake to convert the .AVI files to .mp4 and .m4v they are still not visible.

As you can see Tarzan is not in the library.

Seeing at lot of errors like: Jul 11, 2023 17:32:43.586 [9628] ERROR - Couldn't get size of file "Cocoon:Corrina Corrina (1994)": boost::filesystem::file_size: The system cannot find the file specified [system:2]: "Cocoon:Corrina Corrina (1994)"

The Files are all available, what would be causing it to not be able to read the file size?
The files are available and present. Could that have been from when the library was deleted and recreated?

I do not have it set to automatically delete, but scanning is set to daily. The External drives (2 connected to the local machine and one mapped from a secondary machine).
