Mac Plex server will not add new media from any driver- all prior media still working

From about 7 days ago any new media is not picked up in a scan.
All old media available and plays but it will not see anything new. I have tested with about 20 items to check naming was an issue but still nothing.

Have repaired disks and also made a new media folder on 4 different disks and not one will find any new media ?
Running Version 1.23.1.4528 plex server
MAC OS big sur11.4 Beta (20F5065a)

Any ideas

Check for database corruption.
