Media Server 'Check for Updates' is disabled

Server Version#: 1.21.2.3943

Check for Updates button is disabled. It was working up to this version.
I have shutdown server and removed the plist file but this does not resolve the problem.
If I sign out and then sign in, it shows me the “What’s New” information for Version 1.21.3.4021 but the 'Check for Updates ’ button is still not active.

have you hit “skip update” recently when one of the player apps asked to update server?

Others have been using remote on TV so that may have happened. Any way to reset that?

As far as I am aware you would need to update manually by just downloading current from our website.

Since you have a Plex Pass you can also change the “update channel” to beta to get the most recent beta instead.

Thanks. changing to Beta gave me option to update to 1.21.3.4046 which I have done.
