Media Server Constantly Unresponsive

Starting a couple weeks ago my Windows 10 media server is constantly disconnecting. I can see the process running in task manager, but no agent will connect. If I kill and restart the media server process it will work again, but not for long. It fails again, sometime within seconds, sometimes within hours. I scanned for malware, did a full re-install with no luck. If anyone has experienced/resolved similar issue, please let me know what to try. Thanks.

A problem appears to have come in with 1.18.7 which leads to a lockout when loading an iTunes library into Plex.

This has already referred to our development team

The server becomes unresponsiveness after logging the above

Thanks, I reverted to 1.18.6 and don’t have the problem any more.

An update just went out with a fix

when jobs hit quicksync plex still crashes - direct plays are fine

This is on the newest update 1.18.7.2457

Apologies i think my issues are related to this - will test some more

I’ll probably just go back to 1.16

What version do you have installed now?

Sorry, looks like I still had 1.18.7.2438. Every time I tried to install the update it kept crashing. I’ll see if I can get 2457 installed and if not will go back to 1.16.
