Media Server crash and cannot start after change of IP

I have been using Plex for years without any issues so far.
Yesterday I moved to a new home and wired up my Plex Server which is running on top of Intel Nuc (Windows 10).

All my Apps - Radarr, Sonarr, Bazarr, Jacket, QBit and so on - are working flawlessly in the new location, except Plex.

As soon as I open the homescreen it says
‘Something went wrong’
‘An unexpected error occurred.’

I can’t navigate to the server Settings - I see the same error screen on every plex page.

I tried restarting, I tried reinstalling (Repair option) - nothing helps.
Logs.zip (23.9 MB)

I’m rather surprised by this cuz nothing changed server-wise. I literally just moved my Nuc Server from my old home (where it was working fine) to the new location and now it doesn’t start.

Any clues?

According to the server logs, your server is running just fine.
Which homescreen are you trying to load?
Have you tried http://192.168.0.230:32400/web ?

If you get this to open, go to
Settings - Plex Web - ‘Show Advanced’ - Debug
and klick on “Restore Defaults” right at the bottom of the page.

P.S. you need to have a working internet connection. Unimpeded by VPN or DNS filters.
