Media Server for Windows 7 is not recognised

Player Version#: Plex Web 4.44.2

I have downloaded the PMS and logged in to my Plex.app.tv account via Chrome. When I click to add my media libraries I just get the “Get Plex Media Server” screen.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the PMS 3 times, including restarting my PC and nothing.

I have looked through previous forum posts and found one from August 2019 that was unresolved, so am totally flummoxed.

Edit: Just noticed that the Plex Media Server icon is showing in my PC icon notification area, so does that mean the PMS has successfully downloaded and is running?

Use Chrome or Firefox without any add-ins preferably.

And stop using Windows 7.
