The Plex Server does not recognize my login

Unfortunately, when I downloaded the Server, it’s not allowing me to add my media. I’ll click on the Your Media tab but I’ll be directed to download the server. Please, can you walk me through this issue?

Sounds like you might have had PMS installed previously under another account. Use our guide https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/ to remove the old account information.
