"Media Server" is Currently Unavailable from Roku - Server-Windows 10

Player Version#: Latest on Roku

Have a desktop running the latest PMS, playing on several Roku devices thru out the house. I had buffering issues for a couple of days while I was having internet connection issues. Internet fine now but buffering continued. Had ExpressVPN on server, so decided to uninstall it. Didn’t help, so uninstalled and reinstalled PMS (removed registry entries and renamed server). Doesn’t connect to Roku, get currently unavailable, like to retry message. It is connecting though, as the PMS name change shows on the Roku player. Out of things to try, thoughts?
