Media Server Unavailable on Roku Plex Player

Server Version#:Windows 10: 1.29.2.6364
Player Version#:Roku: 7.0 build 19

Sorry, interface unclear for adding topic. I was looking for way to add the logs.
Anyway, HELP!
I can no longer access any of my video files.
Started about 2 months ago. At that time and for several times there after restarting the media server or Roku Plex allowed me to connect to my files.
Then it got worse and only rebooting the Media Server Windows itself corrected the “Server Unavailable” issue.
The last few days that no longer works either.
I tried updating both Roku and Media Server.
I tried signing out then back in.
I tried putting a manual connection IP address in the Roku Plex player. There are two possible IPs apparently. There is only one active network IP; the other I think is associated with my VPN (which is not being used during all this).
If I open the Media Server in Windows all files are available. If I open the Plex Desktop on the media server, all files are available.
I would appreciate any help.
Thank you,
Chuck
p.s. I did save a log/local during the last attempt to connect from the Roku Plex player. Not sure how to attach files.

Oh, Yes:
I did delete the Roku Plex channel, then re-added it. That did not fix the issue either.

Ok, fixed! Able to answer my own question.
Turns out that Avast did a recent update and during that process it changed my Firewall and Connection settings so that my entire computer was no accessible. I discovered this because I first checked if I could see the computer via another computer on my LAN. Nope. Then ran network trouble shooter and looked at the details drop down which spelled out AVAST’s nefarious reset. I have never liked AVAST and only had it on that older computer that I have been repurposing as a media server. Uninstalled AVAST and use Windows Defender instead then found I had to remove and re-add the Roku Plex app and all is well!
