That is just the DLNA portion in your logs. Is any other another DLNA server is already running on same computer? If something else is already using UDP port 1900 the DLNA server that is part of Plex will fail to launch but it should not stop the main server from running.

I’m not a Windows user but I believe you can use netstat to see what might be using a particular port.

Or did you mean the whole Plex Media Server is not running?

The Plex Media Server is not running. It’s starts then immediately shuts back down. No other DNLA servers running. Everything worked fine for years until latest update. I tried rebooting, uninstalling Plex, downgrading to an earlier version etc.

Would need to see the full server logs to start with.

What version of Windows is it running on?

Windows 11 Pro 23H2
Settings > Manage > Troubleshooting doesn’t exist in the web app. I pulled these out of the logs folder. Let me know if you need different ones, thanks!
Plex 1.zip (22.5 KB)

If the server is not running then it won’t be there in web app.

the ones that say plex media server.log at minimum but preferably all of them. You zipped up the DLNA logs which are not the main server.

Plex Media Server.zip (16.6 KB)

I think I found the problem, there were some nvidia driver remnants on my system. I cleaned them out with driversweep and now PMS is running. Thanks for your help!
