Media server not available

i’m getting a message that my server is unavailable
i looked at the tips, but i don’t see the root cause
it could one of two things…or both

  1. i recently upgraded my Fios router and have a new network name
  2. i tried to access it from the home screen on QNAP and it just says loading

can anyone help?

Try taking the s out of “httpS” in the address bar, I had the same issue and it enabled me to work around the issue. (Log in with http://yourqnapip:32400)

UPDATE:
i updated my firmware on my NAS and i can now access my server :sunglasses:
