After optimizing the database my NAS (QNAP TS-853 Pro) is unreachable. The exact message is:
‘The server “NAS4” is unreachable. Make sure it’s running, double check your network, and try again.’
The NAS is up and I can ping it. So there is nothing wrong with it. What could be the cause of this, and how can I get Plex to see the NAS again?
On a desktop or laptop, close any open players or web player tabs.
Open up a new web browser tab to your QNAP, and log in as admin .
Click your Main Menu and choose Plex Media Server . It will open up
a new browser tab and that’s how you get back into your QNAP PMS directly.
