Media Server (Plex ) not available

Hello

I have just installed a brand new Synology Disk Station in order to have Plex software running on the NAS.

Basically I get more or less everything up and running, even the remote access with one exception, the Media Server (Plex) always shows the media server is presently not available. Reading the support page and checking all the requirements on this site does not start the Media Server. Reading the forum overwhelm me and I am stocking in the progress heavily.

Can someone help and guide me please
