Plex server not available

Player Version#:5.22.1
Device: DS1520+
OS: DSM 7
IP:192.168.0.45

This is a first time installation with a new NAS, i have tried installing it with the new version downloading it directly from synology and performing manual install, i have tried with Samsung TV and iOS Clients but my Plex Server is not found.

What could i do to fix this issue? I really appreciate all help i can get
