I fixed it! Here’s what to do if you’ve found this page after searching for a solution to the same problem… I have CenturyLink Fiber - you need to disable their “Cyber Security” mode in Advanced Settings on your router. One of the things it blocks by default is the PMS. If you have another ISP, look for a similar thing in your router settings. Good luck!
