I’m using Centurylink, this problem started a couple of weeks ago

I’m have been having the same issue. Pretty much haven’t been able to watch anything for the past 2 week b/c of this. I have Centurylink. Tried it on my brothers computer at his place using Cox and wasn’t working there either.

Need server logs after the internet goes down so we can see what the server was trying to do.

Have provided server logs and ping test logs on other thread for BigWheel. For others, I’ve been able to eliminate by both disabling Remote Access and checking the Run Scanner Tasks At Low Priority under Library. Having one or the other reduced internet downtime from 4 min to 10 sec.

How do I send you the server logs? I downloaded the zip file but I don’t know how to get that info to you without just copy/pasting all these 30+ files.

this is the same thing that’s happening with my desk top (windows 11) as well, I downloaded the newest version of plex media server.
