Media server unable to see "itself"

Server Version#: ?? - Server won’t connect?
Player Version#: Plex Web: Version 4.108.0

When I launch PMS from a docker container and visit http://localhost:32400, the server does not appear in the web UI, and it prompts me to “Get Plex Media Server” (which is silly, because that’s how I’m viewing the web UI). Any ideas?

After letting the machine “sit” for 24 hours and refreshing the page, the server eventually showed up. This can be closed.
