Server Version#: docker
My plex server is hosted as a docker container via Unraid. Recently, I noticed that I was unable to access my Plex server. I restarted the docker container, and restarted the host, and tried removing fields from Preferences.xml to no avail. When I start the docker container, I pass in a claim code via the PLEX_CLAIM docker variable, and I see
“Server claimed successfully, navigate to http://serverip:32400/web to complete plex setup.”
in the logs.
When I navigate to the web interface, I am prompted to login to my plex account (with TFA). After logging in, I am presented with the normal Plex web UI, but my server is not shown (and is not available in the settings).
I’ve tried numerous solutions online, but nothing I do seems to result in the Plex web interface showing my server. Is there a solution for this or is my media library permanently lost?
