Media Server Unstable—Unexpectedly Quits/Crashes Every Few Hours

Intel i5 2.5 GHz Dual Core//16 GB RAM

Plex Media Server unexpectedly quits/crashes every few hours. There doesn’t seem to be any particular trigger—it crashes while analyzing, scanning, recording, playing, detecting credits/intros/ads, or any other function. In terms of troubleshooting, I have reinstalled PMS several times, and I also recently re-installed macOS Sonoma. Nothing seems to fix or even help the problem. I’ve attached logs and would appreciate any help to address this. FWIW, the computer is otherwise stable, and it seems only Plex has issues.
