PMS for MacOS regularly quitting

Server Version#: v.1.41.8.9834-071366d65
Player Version#: 5.92.0 (Plex for LG)

For almost two months (since the May update), PMS for Mac has been quitting at least once per day. That is, it simply stops running. Program crashes on the Mac (2014 Mac Mini, Monterey 12.7.6) are typically accompanied by a dialog box; these aren’t. The usual activity preceding the crash is scrubbing forward in a video to get to where I fell asleep the night before. I’ve reinstalled the current server version 2 or 3 times, but normally this is corrected by simply restarting server or rebooting the Mac,

Today, it’s different. It’s quit over a dozen times so far while simply playing a video. Here’s the error message I receive (today and previously). Note that there are no chapter markers in the file.

And here are the log files:

Any suggestions?

I would be looking at using this utility.

But looking at your error, you need to at least look at your DNS first. Try.- 1.1.1.1

Still getting crashes, but less frequently. In most cases, the crashes spontaneously occur when subtitles are enabled. They are far more likely to occur when replaying a video in which subtitles were previously enabled and then trying to scrub forward.

The truly frustrating thing about the crashes was that for two years running free Plex server, this wasn’t an issue. Now that I became a paid lifetime member (simply to support the software and company, not for any of the paid features) the issue immediately surfaced.

Any team members know anything that could help?
